How I use ChatGPT to find hidden promo codes and secret discounts

ChatGPT is excellent at guessing promo codes and finding discounts most shoppers miss. It predicts checkout codes with surprising accuracy.

So as an early Christmas present to readers, here’s the shopping prompt I use:

“Find current discount codes for [store name]. I know ‘CLEARANCE’ is one. Scour the internet and [store] sites. Leave no stone unturned.”

Check the Thinking mode dropdown too — sometimes variations of the promo codes can appear there.

In ChatGPT Pro, Agent mode can speed run many different codes at the checkouts autonomously while you make coffee.

And yes, this is legal — promo codes are meant to be used. Just don’t try this on banking sites or government portals, unless you like orange jumpsuits.
